• Our service is subject to weather conditions and/or mandates from the maritime authorities at the time.
• Las cancelaciones del servicio deberán ser solicitadas con 7 días o más de anticipación al día del viaje, recuperando el 100% de devolución. (fuera de ese rango de tiempo no aplican devoluciones).
• Todo niño mayor de 3 años paga tarifa y debe ir acompañado por un adulto
• If the passenger is not on time at the time of collection, it will be taken as a NO show and the reservation will be lost.
• We reserve the right of admission to people who violate the normal development / operation and safety of the trip.
